I have discovered so many amazing makeup products over the past few months: Most are affordable, and all are ideal for summer!

SPF is essential regardless of the season but during the summer, reapplication is especially important. The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Sunscreen SPF 50 has been my favorite because it is lightweight with a refreshing scent.

Even with layers of SPF, a long day outdoors can still be harsh on my sensitive skin. For a little post-sun pampering, I apply a few drops of the Farsáli Rose Gold Elixir 24k Gold Infused Beauty Oil. It effectively hydrates and soothes.

Although stick foundations tend to be thicker in consistency than liquid formulas, the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation looks undetectable on the skin and covers any and all blemishes. It is perfect for warmer climates and for traveling, as it lasts all day and has no potential to break in your makeup bag.

The Revlon PhotoReady Rose Glow Hydrating + Illuminating Primer makes my skin feel soft and smooth before I go in with foundation, and it leaves behind a subtle dewy, glistening finish. I do not notice a difference in the wear time of my makeup when I use this primer, but it does feel refreshing.

Another summer makeup favorite is my Make Up For Ever Pro Bronze Fusion Bronzer in ‘Soft Iridescent Cinnamon’. It adds the most unique bronzey glow due to its luminous, gel formula and can be layered with other powder or cream bronzers as well.

I have been using the Ulta Beauty Peach Pop Blush Palette all summer long and its assortment of warm terracottas and peaches pairs beautifully with almost any makeup look. The powders are pigmented and blendable, and the shimmery shades are luminous without being overdone.

A touch of coral in the crease or a layer of rich brown on the lid is absolutely stunning during this season. The BH Cosmetics Hangin’ in Hawaii 16 Color Shadow Palette gives off major tropical vacation vibes while remaining beginner-friendly and wearable.

Nothing says summer like a fruity lip gloss, and the Laneige Lip Glowy Balm in ‘Grapefruit’ is the most refined option yet. It smells amazing, has just the right consistency, and makes my lips feel extra soft.

If you want a pale nude lip to highlight your summer tan or to combine with other shades in your collection, I highly recommend the L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Lip Color in ‘Fairest Nude’.
