This past year had a lot of cons, but one small pro is that I finally perfected a few different makeup routines that I absolutely love! Today, I am sharing my natural glam makeup routine — it is ideal for when I want to feel dressed up, but I am still able to finish it in around 15 to 20 minutes, which I consider pretty impressive. This looks beautiful in person and on Zoom, and you can, of course, simplify the steps to make it fit your routine. Valentine’s Day is also just around the corner, and this rosy pink look is perfect; although this year’s holiday might look a little different, taking time for myself by doing my makeup always makes me feel my best.

{FACE}

After applying the L’Oréal True Match Lumi Glotion Natural Glow Enhancer in ‘Medium’ all over my face for subtle luminosity, I apply the NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation in ‘Vanuata’ using a brush and then a damp beauty sponge. This foundation is more full coverage, but I often switch it out if I want a more natural look. I add the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in ‘Sand’ to the inner and outer corner of my eyes before cream contouring with the Milk Matte Bronzer in ‘Blaze.’ I then add the powder bronzer and highlighter from my Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Mini Sculpture Unlocked Palette and then pop on some of my Milani Baked Blush in ‘Petal Primavera’ for a soft rosy glow. I set my t-zone using the Coty Airspun Loose Face Powder in ‘Translucent Extra Coverage,’ and I also use a damp beauty sponge to apply a layer underneath my bronzer and along the outer edge of my eye. If you are messy with your bronzer or eyeshadow or just want a sharper, more contoured look, this makes such a big difference in lifting the face.

{EYES}

I get so many compliments on my eyes when I wear this makeup look, and even though it looks like I put in a lot of effort, it is so honestly quick and easy! A long time ago, I created my own Anastasia Beverly Hills Custom Eyeshadow Quad, and it has made getting ready so much faster! First, I blend a neutral matte transition shade through my crease; I’ve been using ‘Birkin,’ but a face powder or bronzer also gets the job done. Next, I pat a shimmery rosy shade all over my lids; ‘Glisten’ and ‘Rosé’ are two of my favorites for this. Finally, for the most important step, I create a winged liner look using ‘Truffle,’ a deep bronze shade with plum undertones. I have never been able to master winged liner but using eyeshadow, especially brown eyeshadow rather than black, makes it so much easier, and even if it’s not perfect, it somehow still looks amazing. The classic L’Oréal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara does such a great job of making my lashes thicker without making them clumpy. As always, I fill in my brows with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo in ‘Dark Brown’

{LIPS}

Almost any lip combo works well for this look, but lately I have been loving the Charlotte Tilbury ‘Pillow Talk’ range I received or Christmas. I line — or slightly overline — my lips with the Lip Cheat Lip Liner and then pat the Matte Revolution Lipstick on top. Finally, I add a touch of the Collagen Lip Bath Gloss to the center, creating the perfect pinky-nude lip that always makes me feel more put together.
