1. What is your favorite drugstore makeup brand?
I use a lot of L’Oreal products, but I also really love NYX and Maybelline.
2. What are your favorite face, cheek and lip products?
To be honest, I haven’t tried very many other foundations, but I love my L’Oreal True Match Lumi foundation. For concealer, I really enjoy using my Maybelline Dream Touch Lumi Highlighting Concealer under my eyes. I absolutely love my Milani Baked Blush in “Luminoso” and my ELF Blush and Bronzer Duo in “St. Lucia”. Some of my favorite lipsticks are from NYX because of how high quality they are!

3. Least favorite product?
As I have mentioned before, I am not a fan of Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream, but there are several other products that I don’t like such as the N.Y.C. Kohl Eyeliner Pencil and the ELF HD Blush.

4. What is the best makeup bargain?
There are so many amazing products at the drugstore for great prices! One amazing deal is the Wet n’ Wild “Walking on Eggshells” Eyeshadow Trio for only $3!

5. What is your favorite underdog product?
I can’t live without my L’Oreal Infallible 24 Hour Eyeshadow in “Amber Rush”! I’ve heard a few people talk about it, but I still think it deserves more of a hype! I also really like my Almay Liquid Eyeliner, but have never heard any talk about it.
6. A drugstore product that is overpriced?
Personally, I feel that Physicians Formula and Sonia Kashuk products are always really expensive, which is why I don’t own that many of their products. Some specific products that I think are overpriced are the Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Iluminater, which is $13.99 and the L’Oreal Revitalife Miracle Blur primer, which is $24.99!!!

7. Show your best drugstore dupes!
I have heard that Wet n’ Wild “Bare it All” is a dupe for Mac’s “Velvet Teddy” and that NYX “Pops” is a dupe for Mac “Faux”. Although I do not own the high-end versions of these, I do own the cheaper alternatives and they are both amazing! Stay tuned for my own NARS dupe discovery!

8. Drugstore product that isn’t worth the hype?
I recently tried the Rimmel Wake Me Up Conealer and although it was decent, I don’t see the big deal about it.

  1. I love this post!!!! Everyone tends to not know a lot about drug store makeup, but it’s awesome, sometime a duplicate of what the expensive stores have, & it is cost friendly! My favorite drug store make are Black Radiance, Wet n’ Wild, & Maybelline.

  2. Thank you so much for your feedback! It honestly means SO much to me! I also love drugstore makeup and I encourage you to do this tag if you want!
