Happy November 30th, everyone! This year has gone by so quickly and now it’s almost Christmas time! Yay!
As you probably know by now due to my obsession with Jaclyn Hill and many other amazing people, I absolutely love YouTube and am fully aware of Vlogmas, in which YouTubers make new videos everyday throughout the month of December. I always love watching what other people do during December because it really puts me in the Christmas spirit! However, until I saw Karla’s new post on her blog, Makeup and Flowers, I never thought about doing it myself!
Even though this is kind of last minute, I just wanted to let you know about the idea of doing Blogmas here on Makeup by Makena! Realistically, I probably won’t be able to make a new post everyday of December, but hopefully every other day will work. I came up with the idea of doing The Twelve Days of Christmas instead, so it will be more manageable for me. I do want to keep my version of Blogmas strictly beauty-related (of course I will tie in Christmas somehow) though to stay with the theme of my blog.
I won’t be able to do it without your help though, so please, please, please list any beauty-related holiday appropriate ideas or requests for me in the comments below! Thanks and love you lots!

You could post a couple of different christmas makeup looks. Maybe do a more glam type of look and then one that’s more natural, to fit the tastes of different people. Or put together some cute Christmas or winter outfits!
