Luxury Makeup I’ve Been Loving Lately

No one loves affordable makeup more than I do, but I have to admit that splurging on a high-end product that I have been lusting over and saving for is a very good feeling. Here are three luxury makeup products I have been loving lately!

The Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Eyeshadow Palette is breathtaking and I love experimenting with all of the warm browns and purples, all of which feature an amazing and luxurious formula. This is the most expensive makeup product I own and although I have to admit $65 is definitely overpriced for any eyeshadow palette, I do really enjoy using this for more dramatic looks since all the shades are extremely pigmented and blendable. If you fall in love with the colors, but can’t justify the price, you can always wait until a Sephora sale like I did; in my mind, this was technically only $25, haha!

If any beauty brand knows how to do luxury, it’s Chanel, and the Soleil Tan de Chanel Bronzing Makeup Base will always hold a special place in my heart! In addition to its beautiful and iconic packaging, this cream bronzer adds just the right amount of warmth for the perfect sun-kissed look. I love how effortlessly it blends onto the cheeks, temples, and even eyelids; it truly is one of those products that makes a huge difference in the completed makeup look.

The Nars Banc de Sable Highlighter Palette is one of my most used and loved products in my entire collection thanks to the absolutely gorgeous rose gold shade on the right. Much to my disappointment, this specific palette was limited edition, but there are very similar limited edition highlighter palettes here and here with the same amazing formula and beautiful pinky shades. I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of Nars’ cheek palette because they always look and feel so high-end, making them completely worth the money.

What luxurious makeup products do you enjoy using?

XOXO,
Makena💗
